Nicky Murray Founder
Nicky Murray has developed Vitality Escapes over the last 6 years. She trained as a chef at Ballymaloe in 2001 and has since been on a culinary journey around the world. She lived in New Zealand for 4 years and was inspired by the healthy and outdoor living. Building on her interest in food and health Nicky is training as a naturopath and believes in cooking simple and fresh ingredients.
Veronica Morris Partner
Veronica Morris’s love of travel and adventure started when she worked as a journalist at Sunday Times travel. Veronica is a holistic health advocate and has accumulated an impressive team of health and wellness practitioners along the way. She moved to Sri Lanka with her husband in 2012.
Angus Marshall-Andrew Operations
Nicky’s husband Gus runs operations at Vitality Escapes. He has an MBA and a business background but his true passion is the outdoors. Gus loves the mountains and has climbed routes all over the UK & The Alps, as well as running the Marathon des Sables, the Marathon of Britain, New York, Venice, London & Prague. He is also an RYA qualified Coastal Skipper.
Christophe Cappon Yoga
Christophe maintains a local and international teaching schedule to help others bridge the gap between yoga’s ancient wisdom and modern day life. As a licensed Anusara-Inspired™ yoga instructor, Christophe inspires others to lead a more healthy, vibrant and fulfilling life both on the mat and off. Antonia Pilbrow Yoga
Antonia, certified and registered with Yoga Alliance and has been practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years. Training at Yoga India in Mysore where she experienced deep practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. Antonia specialises in many styles of yoga; including Vinyasa flow/ Iyengar and Ashtanga. In her classes she ensures all her pupils individual wants and needs are achieved whether it is a sense of strength, balance, stillness of the mind, flexibility or improved coordination.
Antonia runs a yoga centre in Seville and gives yoga retreats all over Europe.
